Antonio Salvati, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Antonio Salvati, CEO and Co-Founder of Nauba, is a pioneer in the open source enterprise software market and has strong experience in consulting, business transformation and new product development process improvement in different industries and in global operations.

As co-founder of Nauba, Antonio is supervising the development and set up of the commercial open source business model, and the product strategy of Nauba products.

Prior to co-founding Nauba, Antonio spent more than 15 years in various management and consulting roles at leading companies like Ernst & Young Consulting, Cap Gemini, Value Partner’s Group, Perseo.

Antonio holds a BS in Computer Science from Torino University and is collaborating with the Business School of the IlSole24Ore and the CNR Industrial Master. He has worked in many engagements and for long term assignments in the BRIC countries and he likes travelling meeting people and discovering beauties in the world,  and watching basketball games.

Eugenio Vacca, VP of Marketing and Products & Co-Founder
Eugenio Vacca, VP of Marketing and Product and Co-Founder of Nauba, is a pioneer in the PLM software market and he has strong experience in Web 2.0 application and New Product Development as well as global marketing.

Eugenio is supervising  the product development strategy and the marketing approach of Nauba products.

Prior to co-founding Nauba, Eugenio was responsible for sales operations, marketing and product strategies of the think3 PLM suites globally: he worked extensively in India, China and US to launch the PLM Products suite an led the free2design project to build an international community around a free 2D design product and related services.

Previously he spent more than 20 years in various consulting roles in the PLM area at leading companies like Ernst & Young Consulting, AT Kearney, Cap Gemini and Perseo.

Eugenio likes reading, traveling abroad, movies and is a fan of new technologies, Apple Inc. and open source software.

Ernesto Colombo, VP of Technology & Co-Founder
Ernesto Colombo, VP of Technology and Co-Founder of Nauba, is a pioneer in the open source software market and he has strong experience in Software Engineering and Development.

Ernesto Colombo is supervising  the product development, the technology selection and defining the architecture of next generation Nauba products.

Prior to co-founding Nauba, Ernesto has been responsible software development for SESA, Genyalloyd (An Allianz company)  and worked in consulting engagements worldwide, developing software solutions based on leading edge applications and technologies.

Ernesto holds a degree in Information Science from the Milano Polytechnic and likes to make fly his airplane models.

Livio Bianchi, VP Finance and Administration
Livio Bianchi, as VP Finance and Administration leads the accounting team and manages the financial operations. He has a strong experience in management of start ups and in the accounting and financial operations for many SME.

He has worked in the audit and revision practice of Ernst Young Reconta in Italy

Livio holds a degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University.
