Most of today's company formalized knowledge resides in electronic documents, either in the form of spreadsheets, word processing, presentations or web based content. Sharing and collaborating on creating and updating documents using traditional server based repositories leads a number of issues (lost modifications due to concurrent access, difficult to impossible way of managing granular access control, difficult access to repositories while traveling, etc.) suggesting a different approach is needed.

nauba@Documents provides a secure, logically centralized, web based solution to archive, classify, share and retrieve electronic documents ensuring proper access level to everyone, based on dynamic access control rules.
